2020 here, they haven’t change a bit, good thing i went with Linode unlike digitalocean, they do exist and respond.
digitalocean should charge only $1/m for the service they provide, its mostly a do it yourself, or buy and forget they exist.
We are in 2018 now, and they still suck! Same here, no one replies to support ticket emails!
For anyone who us reading this: Digital Ocean is not a serious hosting provider; its more like some IT student graduation project.
