Hi Any issue in AMS3? MY site is completely down and tried to reach you but no response.
for the last 2 hours the business is completely down. please look into it.

You could simply check the status page at: https://status.digitalocean.com/ and you would have been able to see that there have been some networking issues in AMS2 and AMS3 and that they were already looking into this.
All i checked but no use… NO proper support, running production application with this much downtime is unacceptable.
