At the moment we don’t have France available as region. It seems like other users have already posted/requested this as well: https://ideas.digitalocean.com/ideas/search?utf8=✓&query=france
The best thing to do to get your voice heard regarding this would be to head over to our Product Ideas board and vote for one of the available ideas for a French region.
