I decided to move my clients over to DigitalOcean, but never saw any mention of droplet limits. I didn’t worry too much about it since I looked at community questions and the common response was to “just ask support for an increase.” Well, I did ask for a modest 5 more droplets, and I got rejected. Presumably since I’m still in my first month with DigitalOcean. I even offered to pre-pay for the droplets. I guess I have to wait to move some of my clients over on DigitalOcean’s time.
Has anyone had issues with increasing their droplet limit? This is really frustrating.

Hey friend,
I’ve decided otherwise. Your droplet limit has been increased. Sorry for the trouble.

One month into using Digitalocean & I still have JUST 1 DROPLET as my cap despite using a $20 droplet package… Just sad.
I need a 2nd droplet to testrun some Linux Control Panel but oh well :(
I asked to get more droplets as i started a vpn business using digital ocean’s servers. After days, no answers…
