I was making some changes to this file:
/etc/apache2/sites-available/chaingangphp.tk.conf
and then tried to restart apache and it won’t start again.

Hey friend,
You have a syntax error on line 8 of chaingangphp.tk.conf. Try carefully reviewing it to see what this refers to, and double check that this line is both appropriate for the documentation of the feature utilized on that line, or that the apache module required for that function is active.
