Question

App Platform reference delta not found

I have a NextJS site hosted on DigitalOcean. Recently I added a login and registration system that uses Firebase authentication. Now I’m running into this issue:

[2022-04-22 14:08:08] => Initializing build [2022-04-22 14:08:08] => Retrieving source code to /workspace [2022-04-22 14:08:08] => Selecting branch “main” [2022-04-22 14:08:19] ! error cloning repo: reference delta not found []

I’m not sure what it means by reference delta. Please let me know if additional information is needed.

I’m seeing the same thing trying to deploy a NextJS Digital Ocean App

error cloning repo: reference delta not found

I got same issue even I didn’t change anything… Something wrong with DigitalOcean platform for NodeJS apps…

the same problem with me, i think this error on digitalocean system ( maybe have new update ) estimate error start from april 22, 2022. please update ASAP.

Same issue here since 5days, i got an anwser from the support to disconnect and reconnect the github link, but nothing work so far, i have also an php app, which is working correctly, so YES the problem seems append only on NodeJS app,

and then the support said to create a ne repo and create new app from this new repo :s …

for me it was the last straw, i will move my service to an other platform

Hi,

Am also facing the same issue today when am trying to deploy a next js application which is failing. I was able to deploy successfully yesterday though.

IS there any solution for this? I have contacted the support team as well waiting for the reply still.

Thanks!
