Are we billed for bandwidth usage?

i did not want to start a new post for the same question. so how it is now? i am asking because in germany kind of all the hosters have even for the lowest solutions a “flatrate”. but yes: they want more money than DO ^^

Is DO billing for bandwith now or are there plans? I would like to know before moving to you.

Your Digital Ocean package has a specific amount of bandwidth, for example 1 TB for $5. Officially overage is billed at: $0.02 per gigabyte. You can install your own bandwidth monitor such as vnstat on your droplet.

I am here, you will start billing for bandwidth. I watched you increase my CPU because I am sending / referring users to you. I typically see a few million a month “uniques” I refer to. I do not want your company to get greedy. That is my initial impression. I just started unloading on your cloud, I have 13 servers I am moving. I swear to you I screenshot it. I do not mind helping you, you have a good service. I have moved Petabytes in a month, opensource so please do not question what I do, demand is there. I can help or hinder you.

I’m not trying to say this to be a prick. If I pay for a $10 account treat it as such, do not adjust my account, let my users adjust that for you.
