I have a couple of lectures that I stream on my VPS through Apache. But occasionally, the stream suddenly stop and I have to refresh the page and forward to where I was listening.
Any idea on what is causing this and how to fix it?

Check Apache’s error log – are there any errors in there?
sudo tail /var/log/apache2/error.log
