Digital Ocean made a backend change to our managed DB over the weekend, upgrading to a version which has a bug when sorting tables and has broken our website. We know the fix but the DO support team won’t implement it and won’t respond to our urgent pings. We tried reaching out to support, sales, Twitter, etc. No responses. Does anyone know how to get in touch with someone at DO? Or otherwise, how to make changes to the server that a managed DB runs on? This is crazy!
