Backup data / terminated account

Dear DigitalOcean Owner,

My account was suspended due to aspam issue on one of our websites. Now your team suspend permanently our account without giving us access to backup our data. This very strange coming form respectable company like yours. We can understand that you want to end our relationship for a reason or another but keeping our data and didn't allow us to backup it is really abuse. Hope you can resolve this matter and allow us to backup our data urgently . Ticket #337771 .

They give same automated reply. I want to call them but no number is available. why they treat customers this way, I'm what's wrong?
