So I’m testing out Digital Ocean for my site. It seems to be an awesome VPS. But the graphs only show CPU/DISK and bandwidth transfer rates. Where is the graph that shows how much of my bandwidth I have remaining for the month? I’m using the smallest plan and it’s not that I think I’ll transfer a whole TB in 1 month…but I would like to know what my total is as my site grows.

As far as I know bandwidth usage does not raise any charges before the monitor feature being implemented.
To monitor the bandwidth usage, you may try munin or Awstat (Web access log analyzer, outgoing only)
