Hello,
I’m currently being billed for a Droplet Snapshot: “88serverbackup-1gb-sfo1-01-1549623150160 (sfo1)”
However, I can’t find it in my Snapshots tab or any of my projects. Can someone from the DigitalOcean team help me locate and delete it?
Thank you.

Hey @frontiis,
In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we do not have access to your account. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
Please reach out to our amazing support team who will be more than happy to assist you with your account issue! :)
Hope that helps! - KFSys.
Heya, @frontiis
If you’re being billed for a snapshot that you can’t find, it usually means the snapshot still exists in your account somewhere, even if it’s not attached to a Droplet. Sometimes snapshots are under a different project or they don’t show up correctly due to a UI issue.
The support team can locate and delete it for you and ensure you’re not billed for a snapshot you can’t access.
Regards
