Hi, I have installed the bigbluebutton from the Marketplace and follwed the instructions to install the certificate (SSL). I have successfully installed the certificate. However, when I tried to create a meeting in the browser it is showing “Adobe Flash Player is no longer supported” Pl. help me in this regard.
Thanks Subbi

Hi there,
I believe that you could follow the steps from the official documentation here on how to make the HTML5 client load by default:
http://docs.bigbluebutton.org/2.2/customize.html#make-the-html5-client-default
Let me know how it goes. Regards, Bobby
Heya,
You can check the steps on BBB docs here:
https://docs.bigbluebutton.org/administration/install/
Additionally if you’re using BBB on an older OS this issue can occur as well.
Regards
