Can you provide a ports list that is blocked by defaylt?
We all the times have problems with connection by different ports.

By default, all new accounts have only port 25 closed.
However, as a side note, keep in mind that if you have a Managed firewall or a software firewall like UFW, you would be responsible for opening and closing your ports.
