Hello, @votemix
Have you tried rebooting the droplet? Do you get a connection timeout when you try to access the droplet via ssh-client?
I will recommend accessing the console using an alternative browser and if the issue is still persisting you can then reach our amazing support team and they will help you with the issue.
Hope that helps! Regards, Alex
Hi @votemix,
It seems like something has failed in your droplet. If you’ve tried rebooting the droplet and still can’t access, I’ll recommend contacting DigitalOcean’s Support:
They should be able to help you troubleshoot your issue and see exactly why you are not being able to SSH or use the WebConsole.
