I have a simple Vue.js App that I want to build within Digital Ocean App Plattform. This App will be hosted for different clients so I’d like to include different environment variables during build process. On default, after the build step finished, DO is spinning up the development build using “npm run build” and connecting the live app to the development version.
How can I tell DO to skip the “run” part and serve static files build into the /dist folder?

Too easy! Actually found the solution. You need to create a new app as a static site - which can also include a build command.
