I have created a DO account some months ago and funded it with a minor amount. I have never used any account credit, nor have I received any trial offer.
Could I somehow opt in to receive the free $100 trial offer? Would it be fair if I created a secondary account to receive it or would this be against the terms?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to verify here and say “yes” or “no” right away. Creating a secondary account is not a good idea because a trial offer is applied for the new first account only. I would recommend you reach out to support and they should be able to verify it and apply trial credit (if applicable).
