It may be possible now - though I haven’t tried installing Windows on a droplet, yet

I found myself in a stupid position.
I con not access DO Control Panel and to make things worse, for a while I ca not use my laptop with ssh access.
I'm in the middle of setting a ZOHO account and I need to verify the domain through CP.
Obviously, I can not issue a support ticket as well.
I have tried to clean all cookies on my Firefox browser but it looks lik3e it did not help.
Ironically, the browser is hanging forever on ...ssl.fastly.net
I just applied ssh keys on my droplet and I checked if everything worked ok. It did! After that, I changed the "PermitRootLogin" to "no" instead of "without-password", without having another user! Stupid, I know...
I tried searching it here and found out, I can access my root user via the Console! When I got there, I started typing the "root" username and gibberish came out: http://prntscr.com/dt2nna
Can someone please help me?
PS: I've tried it on Safari and Chrome
I tried to move a droplet (not in production) with Ubuntu + Vesta control panel to another region. I made a snapshot, moved to the other region and created the new droplet from the image.
All went almost well. The only problem is that I can not connect through http (port 80). I can connect to VestaCP port 8083, FTP ... all seems fine but port 80. Digging I've found that nginx was not running. Lurking through the logs I see that it is trying to start the local ip address of the previous droplet. The configuration of Vesta is still having the old IPs so I guess it's a matter of erasing and creating the new ones.
I will recreate the droplet but before I'd like to ask if anyone knows specific steps to follow to re-configure the IPs and anything else when the droplet is using VestaCP. (from what I've seen in the instructions to move apparently you don't need to do anything with Apache, Nginx etc, right?)
Deadline exceed when turning on a droplet
Associated Droplet: Ilearn
Cannot turn on my droplet - it just hangs in there until it notify me that either 'Deadline exceed' or 'Something went wrong'. This is far from good dev experience
