Hi
i would like to make a website so that people can sign up for a MySQL database for external website’s so that if they do not want to have there MySQL database on there own hosting and what plan would you recommend if i can.

DigitalOcean isn’t managed hosting, you get full root access to your server and the ability to configure it the way you want. So if you can build, you can host it. As far as what plan, that really depends on the number of users you’ll have and the workload on the server.
