The NS for my droplet ns1.digitalocean.com. ns2.digitalocean.com. ns3.digitalocean.com. Can I change it to ns1.mydomain.com? if yes how?

Do you mean white label or custom nameserver? You can do so by creating a glue record in your domain registrar and point it to your host IP address.
