I want to host a gripe/criticism site. I have a problem where trademark owner is filing trademark infringement claims when clearly my site is making fair use of the trademark.
Then they accuse me of being a phishing site when I am asking people to complete complaint forms.
It is ridiculous. I feel like I am being harrassed. The site has been the same for 3 years but they I guess it has climbed up the search engines so they are not happy.
