Hello,
Errors like this indicated a possible issue with your file system or a kernel mis-match! In either case the best way to get started is to open a ticket with our support staff. You can do this by logging in and going to the “Support” tab.
Our support staff can mount a recovery ISO that will help you check for file system issues, kernel mis-matches and even try to recover files so long as they are recoverable.
Sadly, in some cases, the files may not be recoverable. There is no sure fire way to say though without going in and taking a look with the recovery ISO.
Hello James,
Please look into this matter its major issue. Suddenly my droplet crashed and cant access the website. Cant SSH into the server and when I access using console it’s getting into grub mode. I generated a ticket but nobody is helping. I will lose everything. Could you please ask your team to boot into the droplet and fix this or at least provide me SQL files of my databases;
My droplet IP address is 139.59.85.88
