When I change a static file (handlebars or css) from the digitalocean console in my ghost blog… and I restart the server, ir does not change… what can I do?

A lot of stuff is baked in with Ghost and by default you cannot serve static files from your disk. This can be easily modified by following this guide which will let you specify a location for serving static files. I’d recommend modifying your theme to use the static directory for assets you intend to change often.
