I have a server with a wordpress site, I’m using Filezilla with my SFTP to upload/download files, but until now it doesn’t let me download any files (The download option shows gray out).
Someone on Filezilla forums say it’s about the files don’t being allow to be written but it lets me edit them…

Hello,
Are you logging in as the root user when downloading the files? If not, try that and it should work.
Enjoy! :)
Try to use the WinScp client. If you havent got enough permissions WinScp will give you a clear error.
It’s not possible to download files from local root directory. Try from some other local directory. Maybe it will work.
