Can’t establish database connection… I got this message 2-3 times perday … Can anyone help for this

This is not an uncommon issue if you are running a full LAMP stack on a 512MB or 1GB droplet. Droplets do not have swap space enabled by default so if your processes exhaust the physical memory available to your droplet some services may crash. There are three things you can do to resolve this:
1.) Upgrade to a larger droplet. 2.) Enable a swapfile on your droplet. 3.) Optimize MySQL and the other services running on your droplet.
