I can’t ssh into our server I get a Permission denied (publickey). So I tried to log in via the web console to fix the issue but when I use the web console I get:

all configured authentication methods failed

I have tried using two browsers to get into the web console: safari and brave.

Please help. 😁

This seems like a problem which might be related directly to your Droplet. I’ll recommend contacting DigialOcean’s support as they’ll be able to see your Droplet. Here in the community as much as we like to help out we don’t have access to any account information or products and as such can only give suggestions what to try and do.
