I can’t ssh into our server I get a Permission denied (publickey). So I tried to log in via the web console to fix the issue but when I use the web console I get:
all configured authentication methods failed
I have tried using two browsers to get into the web console: safari and brave.

This seems like a problem which might be related directly to your Droplet. I’ll recommend contacting DigialOcean’s support as they’ll be able to see your Droplet.
