I try to login via console. At cloud.digitalocean.com But when I enter valid login and password, in terminal i get “You last login was…” and than i need enter login and password again. I try to reset password, nothing changed.

If you are experiencing troubles with your password, the easiest thing would be to request a new one. I can see you’ve actually done that however, you’ll receive an e-mail on your mail account rather than just seeing the new password in your control panel.
