I was trying to install some plugins and once done I am not able to login to admin mode. I am getting
“can’t reach this page” error. Its been 2days I am waiting for this error to fix as I am new to this. Need immediate help

It seems to me either your WebService is down or your port 80 is blocked. What I’ll recommend is to enter your Droplet and type in :
service nginx status
If it says failed, restart it
service nginx restart
If this doesn’t help check your Firewall.
ufw status
If your port 80 is not added there, type in:
ufw allow 80
ufw allow 443
