yes, support can do that for you. <br> <br>In my case I wanted to setup a separate account for a client. But, shocking I know, ‘not allowed’ because of similar charge card #'s!! <br> <br>So, after wrestling with DO support they wanted me to have the client setup their own account and then notify them to transfer the snapshot after both accounts were ‘DO approved’. <br> <br>hth.
