I have two droplets and want to restore snapshot of one droplet to another existing droplet.

Hello. You can’t restore a droplet from a snapshot belonging to another droplet. The only thing you can do is to create a new droplet from the desired snapshot and replace the old droplet with the one just created. If you are hosting a website on the droplet you should also change the DSN record to point to the new IP address. Would this work for you?
Yes, it’s possible to restore a running droplet to a SnapShot.
