It has been over 2 years since the last update and it is crucial that it updates some of its dependencies. There is a pull request in dospace dart package GitHub which you just need to merge, its a 5 second job. Dart developers have been asking for months for you to update it.
I am not even sure if this pacakge was developed by the digital ocean team, but if it was I ask if you can update it. And if not, I ask if you can create your own dart implementation, a new package.
