Without having access to your account I would assume you have a product that is active. The best way would be to go and delete that product.
IF you however want to cancel your whole account. You can do that by going to your DigitalOcean control Panel. At the top right corner you can click on your user --> My Account --> #### Deactivate account
Before you can deactivate your account, you will need to delete any teams you own or transfer ownership of them to another user.
