As of early Friday morning our server has not been accessible via HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SSH, PUTTY
Here are the errors I am getting… Putty : Connection Refused Chrome : ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED SmartFTP : No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it
I am able to ping the ip successfully, but that’s about it.
I tried restoring from a backup that I know is good, but not change after the restore.
I have a support ticket in, but no response for over 24 hours.
We need this server back up, frustrating!

Hello, @RenderHub
Have you made any recent server side changes prior the issue (before Friday morning) ? If you’ve restored the droplet from a snapshot from a point (time) that you know everything was okay in theory everything should be a alright if there was a configuration issue.
You’ve mentioned that you already have submitted a support ticket and our team will be able to assist you with the issue.
Let us know how it goes.
Regards, Alex
