Cannot access Droplet, Network Issue?
As of early Friday morning our server has not been accessible via HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SSH, PUTTY
Here are the errors I am getting…
Putty : Connection Refused
Chrome : ERRCONNECTIONREFUSED
SmartFTP : No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it
I am able to ping the ip successfully, but that’s about it.
I tried restoring from a backup that I know is good, but not change after the restore.
I have a support ticket in, but no response for over 24 hours.
We need this server back up, frustrating!
