Hello there,

I would like to add that we have an article on How To Troubleshoot Common Apache Errors which you can check here

Hope that this helps!

Hi @BarryEverettCoral,

Can you please provide a little bit more information on the matter?

Can you post your Apache2 Domain config to see if you’ve configured everything properly there? Additionally, have you enabled your Domain’s config to actually work? Is your domain pointed to your Droplet’s IP?

Additionally, I’ll recommend checking the following tutorial on how to configure your Domain’s apache2 config:

Do you get any specific errors when you visit the domain name?

In case you’ve made a DNS change just recently, keep in mind that in some cases it might take up to 24-48 hours for the DNS to propagate over the Globe before you could see the new DNS records.

In case that the DNS has already propagated, I could suggest checking your Apache error logs next:

tail -100 /var/log/apache2/error.log

Let me know how it goes!
