My website was running fine just about an hour ago. Suddenly it went down and I cannot access, cannot ping to it.
My only access in web console. But there too, any network related stuff is not working, cannot ping google.com, it says:
ping: unknown host google.com
I’m not using Firewall. Everything was working fine, I did not update anything on server recently.
Any help?

We can’t see it from here without lot more info. Else you’ll have to write to support instead.
The same happens to me over and over again! I set up 3 times now a droplet with plesk (from the marketplace). Everything works fine, till i install wordpress from plex. Then the wordpress-site is responsing really slow.
When i have a look a couple of hours later, the whole droplet is not responding anymore! not via web-browser, not via putty. The only way to login is the web console from the digital ocean site.
I tried to shutdown and restart the whole droplet, no success. afterwards the droplet is also not reachable anymore.
It happened 3 times now! with fresh droplet setups!
