Hello Friends,
I’m returning to an account that has been idle for several years (around four), and I’m running into a roadblock during the onboarding workflow.
At the moment, my account correctly shows no Teams, no Organizations, no Billing Information, and no Compute resources - essentially a blank, unused account. The only available action is the “Get Started” button, which leads directly to creating a Team.
The problem is that every attempt to create a Team fails. I’ve entered a valid team name and use the same email address associated with the account, but clicking “Continue” always results in:

There are no other paths forward:
So at the moment, I’m stuck in a loop with no way to initialize the account.
My guess is that something about the account’s age or inactivity might be conflicting with newer DigitalOcean workflows, but that’s only speculation. If anyone has run into this or has suggestions on how to get past the error, I’d really appreciate the guidance.

I resolved this issue but deleting and recreating the account with the same eMail address. As I suspected, the issue was likely due to a change during the lengthy inactivity. I hope this helps others.
