Cannot create droplet because of this error: "in order to create a droplet please complete registration"

I’m currently on Windows 10, and whenever I try to create a droplet, it doesn’t allow me and this message appears on my screen.

If you’ve re-activated your account may I ask if you’ve added back your payment method (bank card details) back as well? If you add back your bank details the issue should be resolved and you should be able to deploy your droplet.
