Cannot install themes or plugins on wordpress one click app from the dashboard. When I try, the message “Installation failed: Could not create directory” appears.

Followed the advise on this thread Solved my problems changing ownership of my ‘/var/www’ directory with this command
chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www
