Hi!
Our production system ins on DO is broken, and I am unable to login to my DO account to fix it, because DO is not sending me the 2FA email. I double and triple checked, and it’s not in spam and nowhere else. I finally was able to raise a ticket, through this form: https://www.digitalocean.com/support/contact/, but entering the details just sends me an automatic email, saying:
Visit whatismybrowser.com and click Copy URL to clipboard, then paste the information in a reply to this email. (If you included your browser information when you opened your ticket, you don’t need to send it again.) A support agent will reply soon to verify your device.
I did so, but it has been ignored for more than a whole work day.
My complete product hosted on DO is down and I am unable to fix this because DO’s emails aren’t working.
My email is on Gmail, the domain is managed by DO, and I made sure that I receive emails from anywhere else (and in fact I received the DO email from the form). So it looks like DO’s support is just ignoring me.
What can I do in this situation?

Interestingly, with this second account I registered to post here in the community, I get the 2FA codes just fine. It’s just my main account where it doesn’t work properly!
Hey @modigitaloceanforum,
In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
Do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support team so that I can get this followed up for you?
Hope that helps! Alex
