Hello,
since I’m not really tech savvy considering ssh codes, I wanted to ask if someone of you could help me please.
I installed vesta on a digitalocean vps, created a domain + an additional ftp user. But when I want to connect to the FTP server with FileZilla, I always get “530 Login incorrect.”
Does somebody have a solution? Would really help me out.

I have same problem with VESTA Panel When login with FTP, it’s show this message:
Response: 331 Please specify the password. Command: PASS ************** Response: 230 Login successful. Command: OPTS UTF8 ON Response: 200 Always in UTF8 mode. Status: Connected Status: Retrieving directory listing… Command: PWD Response: 257 “/” Command: TYPE I Response: 200 Switching to Binary mode. Command: PASV Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (128,199,151,195,46,243). Command: LIST Error: Connection timed out Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing Status: Disconnected from server
and I cant login FTP or see any file on it. Please help me.
Had the same issue. In my case I solved it by adding in DO DNS a Cname record ftp to the domain url
