Hi, i cant access the “Access Control” on DigitalOcean after setting up SSH. It prompt me for my user and password. However i am able to access the server using PuTTY.

It prompt me for my login user and password when using Access Control. How would i know the password if i am using SSH?
I’d suggest opening a ticket but before doing that please reboot the droplet first before contacting support.
