Hi, I have a VPS in Frankfurt and setup L2tp on it. I cant connect to my VPS via L2TP from IRAN. But my friend in US tested it and its connecting! Is there any restrictions for L2TP on digitalocean?

I don’t believe there are any active blocks from Iran IP addresses. It’s possible the block is local. What I can suggest is trying to access your VPS via L2TP from another IP address again from Iran and see if it works.
