cant connect to my ftp remotely

hi, im trying to stablish my ftp server, i have already installed vsftpd and the configurations are stablished, im not using secure ftp for now, i just want to stablis the connection via filezilla

the funny thing is that yesterday i was configuring an other DROPLET and i made the connection like in 5 minutes.

ps: i have already change pam_service_name=ftp and it still doent work
