In addition to what KFSys already mentioned, ownership changes are handled entirely on the account and billing side, so the support team is the right place to help investigate why the confirmation email is not coming through.

If you have already opened a support ticket, feel free to share the ticket ID here and someone from the DigitalOcean team can take a look and help follow up on it.

You can double-check the obvious but common blockers. Make sure emails from @digitalocean.com aren’t being filtered or silently dropped (spam, promotions, “All Mail”, corporate mail gateways). If you use a custom domain email, this is especially common.
