You don’t need to install Ubuntu manually with commands — you can just create a new Droplet with Ubuntu 22.04 pre-installed.

As mentioned you don’t need to install Ubuntu with command but just create a Droplet.
Having said that if you aim to do something locally and you need steps let us know we can give some pointers there as well.
