There is no file manager, you’ll need to use your terminal to manage your Droplet. I’ll recommend checking the following docs about it:

If you’ll like to have a file manager interface to access/manipulate the files on your droplet, then you would need to either spin up a droplet that comes with a such interface like cPanel or Plesk or install additional software on the current droplet.
