Hello, I’m interested if it is possible to use DO VPSs to compile heavy apps like Google Chrome? I read the TOS, and it looks like I could do things like that, but these tend to be quite heavy on server resources (fair usage?), so I’m not sure if it is a nice thing to do here or not.

If you’re using heavy resources 24/7 to the point where the performance of other droplets is seriously affected, as the ToS states, you may face consequences.
Unlike the statically allocated RAM, any CPU time you’re using is time that others can’t use. If you wish to be using 100% all the time, then you should be buying a dedicated server.
