Hello, I’m having some issues when try to connect the mail with PipeDrive, here is what error says “Certificate error: Could not open socket: self signed certificate”. How do I solve this?

Hello there,
Looking at Pipedrive’s documentation and community they do not support self-signed certificates. If you’re using a self-signed certificate this is why the error occurs.
You can try to install Let’s Encrypt SSL Certificate and give it another try to connect to Pipedrive.
Another option will be to reach out to their support team and ask for assistance on that matter.
