I am trying to connect to Redis managed database using a GUI desktop app.
And getting this error “Server closed the connection”.
and for trusted source, there are none.

Please make sure that the GUI Application supports connection via TLS because when connecting manually the error - “Server closed the connection” will usually occur when you’re not using TLS (a cryptographic protocol that allows for secure communications over a network).
